Safety

The part we take most seriously.

A foam dart party should end with tired kids and zero incident reports. Here is exactly how we make that the default outcome.

Eye protection, every player, every minute

Safety goggles are issued to every participant and stay on inside the play area whenever blasters are in use. No exceptions, including for photos. A player who will not keep them on sits out. We have never once regretted holding that line.

Rules briefed before anyone picks up a blaster

Every event opens with the same briefing: no aiming at the head or face at close range, no physical contact, no climbing on inflatables, no personal or modified blasters, and play stops instantly when the host signals.

Signed waivers on file before play

Every participant is covered by a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian, submitted before the event. We check the roster at the door.

Equipment checked before every event

Blasters are tested and cleaned between events. Damaged blasters come out of rotation. Darts are foam, standard issue, and never modified.

Weather limits we do not negotiate

Inflatables do not go up in lightning, sustained winds above 20 mph, or steady rain. If the forecast turns, we reschedule at no charge rather than push through it.

Insured

Sundberg Party Co. carries general liability insurance. Venues that require a certificate of insurance can request one and we will provide it.
